This is it, several major changes for LCL !
We take the occasion of the Berlin Netaudio Festival to reveal LCL new identity:

- A NEW NAME : the LCL acronyme stays, but it now stands for "LibreCommeLair" (ex "Les Cristaux Liquident"). We keep the same activities : electro dub netlabel, and cultural events organizer.

- A NEW WEBSITE : with a radical change of design, more details about the artists and the releases, an online player to browse the whole catalogue from the same interface, full dual language (english/french)... We let you visit and enjoy !

- A NEW LOGO

A l'occasion du Netaudio Festival de Berlin, nous dévoilons la nouvelle identité de LCL:

Meet LCL @ Netaudio Berlin festival (Netaudio fair)

If you have the chance to be at the nice Netaudio Berlin festival this week end (Club Maria - Berlin), come and visit us !

LCL will be at the netaudio fair saturday october 10th during the whole day.

This will be the occasion to present our brand new website, taste all our releases with the fine new online player, and get some surprises...

All the participants to the EP "Exotic animals in the scrub" (LCL17) will be presents on saturday 26th at the "Corto Maltese" (Cagliari, Sardinia) for "CASTEDDU DUB STATION"

[LCL18] Volatil : Refixed EP (dubstep from Spain)

With "Refixed" EP, Volatil translated 3 songs of their first album into the sound that envolve in at the moment : mixing techno and acoustic elements with the dubstep sound that is played in the Volatil live sets, while keeping Federico's vocals to preserve the "song" concept.

Le maxi "Refixed" est une translation de trois titres du premier album de Volatil vers le son dans lequel évolue le groupeen ce moment : un mélange d'éléments techno et acoustiques avec le son dubstep que Volatil explore sur scène, tout en conservant le chant de Federico pour préserver la dimension "chanson" des morceaux.

[LCL17] "Exotic animals in the scrub", electro dub from sardinia (Arrogalla)

Second release from Arrogalla on LCL, “Exotic animals in the scrub” shows the new sonic orientations of the Sardinian dubber.

The sound gets lo-fi and crispy but with a strong acoustic dimension at the same time, due to the use of various Sardinian folk instruments and guests singers.

Arrogalla collaborated for this release with several sardinian artists (Claudia Aru Carreras, Ganga, Quilo, Randagiu Sardu) and french musician Volfoniq, adding slices of hiphop, melodica, and scratches.

Second release d’Arrogalla sur LCL, “Exotic animals in the scrub” reflète la nouvelle orientation sonore du dubber sarde.

Le son est lo-fi et croustillant, mais avec une dimension acoustique marquée grâce à l’utilisation de différents instruments folkloriques sardes et aux chanteurs(ses) invité(e)s.

Arrogalla a collaboré pour l’occasion avec plusieurs artistes sardes (Claudia Aru Carreras, Ganga, Quilo, Randagiu Sardu) ainsi qu’avec Volfoniq, ajoutant des touches de hiphop, mélodica et autres scratches.
